In-house Vacuum Brazing & Heat Treatment
Thermovac has 7,000 square feet area facilitated with Vacuum brazing furnace, Hot zone size of 600X600X1200 mm and Heat treatment ovens, including water quenching furnace.
Temperature Controlled Machine Shop
Thermovac has 7,000 square feet area facilitated with a temperature-controlled machine shop, including Vertical milling machines. We have capability to produce complex parts with flatness of lesser than 50 microns.
Infrastructure
Our 21,000 facility square feet mainly focuses on aerospace tooling, thermal solutions, complex manufacturing solutions and complex assemblies for our global customers.
