Themovac Aerospace is having a complete inhouse facility for manufacturing of the brazed components we are gained our expertise in designing, manufacturing of the product based on the specification / drawing provided we have qualified brazed equipment’s with a acceptance criteria of as per Aerospace Material Standards AMS 2750 E and process will be done as per AMS 2769 C and we have an qualified brazing operators & procedures as per American Welding Society AWS B 2.2. We have build a our mechanical / machining division in a complete controlled atmosphere were the temperature is maintained 20+/- 2 degree Celsius so that part / product dimensions during its final machining and the application of the product is taken into consideration which help us maintain the higher tolerance and accuracy levels.
