Thermovac Aerospace is specialized in the brazing using some of the brazing filler alloys which include Copper Brazing which uses major alloying elements as copper which usually used for joining of steel to steel, steel to carbide etc.. filler material is usually selected based on the following recommendation base material melting temperature should be higher than filler material melting temperature and should create a good wettability for joining of the base material together during the brazing process the filler material melts and joins the base material 1 with the base material 2.Simillar Thermovac Aerospace has gained a extensive experience of brazing some of filler alloys include Nickel Brazing, Silver Brazing, Additive Brazing, Aluminium Brazing.
